Community Catalysts
Supporting the development of community providers providing a highly personalised service.
Community Catalysts is a social enterprise, supporting the development of community based projects and micro providers (individuals & organisations).
- Linking people who need care or support to live their life with individuals or organisations who provide a service to meet their needs.
- Ensuring these individuals & organisations are supported in 'getting it right', providing support and advice and by running a development programme to be completed before being listed on Community Catalyst's directory, 'Small Good Stuff'
- Helping public sector organisations have an understanding of, and being aware of individuals & organisations running these community based projects, providing them with the directory of services available in their own community.
Please read my story below to find out how Community Catalysts have supported me in the community.
Please note: 'Empress Home Care & Therapies' previously operated as 'Empress Home Care & Companionship.
